The Institut national de santé publique du Québec (INSPQ) is a government organization founded in 1998 to improve the coordination, development and use of expertise in public health.
In 2011, INSPQ and the National Collaborating Centre for Healthy Public Policy published “An Act to Combat Poverty and Social Exclusion: Highlights of the Act and Its Application’’
