Bridging the gap between research and practice: Methodology for case study development
This resource describes the methodology used to development a series of four case studies profiling public health action on the social determinants of health. The case studies were originally incorporated into a workshop hosted by the National Collaborating Centre for Determinants of Health and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research-Institute of Population and Public Health in Toronto, Ontario on February 14-15, 2012.
