This report by the Black Nurses Task Force of the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario provides recommendations to address anti-Black racism in the nursing profession. The recommendations are based on a survey in 2020 completed by 205 Black nurses in Ontario and the findings of a scoping review of the literature.
