This report (and accompanying webinar) from YWCA Canada and YMCA Canada explores the disproportionate impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on youth including those who are Black, Indigenous, and racialized, female and gender diverse , and those living with disabilities. Recommendations to ensure support of youth in pandemic recovery include: building an inclusive society, promoting meaningful employment for young people, ensuring housing for all, supporting mental health and wellbeing, investing in youth leadership and supporting youth-serving organizations.
